P-YTR – Young Talents Race

In 2025, the Pitz Alpine Glacier Trail will also offer young trail runners a distance where they can put their skills to the test. The trail begins with the ascent via the Hirschtalsteig up to the Rifflsee. Passing the Sunna Alm, you have a magnificent view of the Rifflsee. Passing the valley station of the Grubenkopf cable car, the trail heads back downhill towards the Taschachalm. From there, the route continues towards Mandarfen, where the finish is located. The route is approx. 8 km long with an elevation gain of approx. 640 metres.

    • 14 years  till under 23 years
    • Separate classifications for men and women
    • The actual kilometers and high meters are variing depending on the measurement method between +/- 5 %.

The specified mandatory equipment and the specified cut-off times are obligatory for all participants for safety reasons.

Short-term route changes are possible due to weather conditions.
